Mayor’s Jazz at Transportation Center

This series has been going on for many years every summer, but it was my first time in attendance. What a fool I have been for not attending this summer event much sooner. For some reason, I had always thought I didn’t like listening to jazz. That opinion has changed after last night.
After all, music is music. Almost entirely true.
Radam Schwartz was on keyboards; he was just fabulous. As was Chico Rouse on drums. The best was yet to come. Madame Pat Tandy has this amazingly fabulous voice. The acoustics at The Transpostation Center are terrific. Madame Pat and her voice just blew me away. G-d has blessed this woman with amazing vocals.
I intend to go back next Friday and wait to be amazed by more fabulous talent.
